How Do I Reserve My Court?
Step 1: Select Your Court
- Access: Open the app or player’s portal.
- Choose: Click on the “Court Reservation” button, select “Tennis” as the department.
- Location: Choose your location and click “View Availability.”
- Time: Select your day and preferred time, then review your selection.
Step 2: Booking and Payment
- Login: Enter your login credentials.
- Payment: Select your card info and press “Pay Now” to complete the reservation.
Step 3: Confirmation
- Reservation Display: Your booking will appear on your home page under “Upcoming Schedule.”
- Email Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes.
- Payment Reminder: If payment is not made, the reservation will expire.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation up to 6 hours before your scheduled time and receive a credit on your account. If you cancel within 6 hours of your reservation, the full charge will apply.
