Registration – Registration for tennis programs, drills or reserving a class can be made on our players portal or our app at www.friscocommunitytennis.com. We do not take over the phone registrations or process any registrations in the pro shop.
Refunds – Participants may request refunds for classes up to three (3) business days before the program’s first class. Mid-session cancellations will not receive refunds. No other refunds are offered.
Medical refunds requested prior to the start date of the course/program will be granted in full with a doctor’s note. A doctor’s note must be presented for all medical refunds to be granted. A pro-rated refund will be granted for medical refund requests received during the course/program.
Inclement weather – Any cancellations due to inclement weather will be communicated via email and SMS by Frisco Community Tennis. In such cases, a make-up class will be scheduled at a later date.
Make-ups – If a class is missed for any reason other than inclement weather, participants must schedule a make-up class within the same session, excluding the final week of the session. Please note that there are no make-up options available for participants enrolled in the unlimited package.
Programs, Clinics, & Special Events– All programs, clinics, and special events must be paid in full at time of registration. If a clinic has only 2 players registered, the workout will be shortened to one (1) hour. Clinic cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to scheduled class time. Any cancellation made less than 8 hours in advance will not be eligible for refund. Special events that are cancelled due to weather will be credited back to your account.
Court cancellations – You must cancel your court reservation 6 hours before your reservation time. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for the court time. Courts may be cancelled on the players portal or on the App.
Private lesson cancellations – You must cancel your private lesson with your Pro 24 hours prior to your private lesson or you will be charged the full amount for the lesson that was booked.
Pro Shop Return Policy – Returns will only be allowed if item is in exact condition as purchased. Used or unwrapped racquets will not be eligible for returns.
